These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between shop.serwiser.nl and the customer. The acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when the customer purchases goods from shop.serwiser.nl
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the webshop and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement.
2. PRICE CHANGES
Traga.eu reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, Traga.eu reserves the right to cancel the order without any notification.
3. CHANGE OF PRODUCT ASSORTMENT
Traga.eu reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try our best to ensure that all of the content on our site is correct, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices. However, mistakes do happen. The colors which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on various factors including your display settings.
5. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes are applied at check-out. These cannot be used in combination with other promotions or VAT-exclusions. Free delivery is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
6. REJECT OR CANCEL THE ORDER
Fulfillment of all orders on our online store is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the order we canceled:
– the product is not available / in stock;
– your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
– your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
– your payment is not received within 7 calendar days after acceptance of your order;
– we believe you are under the legal age in your country;
– there was an error in the price displayed on the webshop;
– we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
– due to an event outside our control such as system loopholes and malfunctions.

7. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORTATION
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, do not use snail mail as this is uninsured (and you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost). Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact shop@serwiser.nl
8. SHOPPING, SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Only customers with a valid European address may place orders in this webshop. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver our products outside of Europe. For orders from non-EU members (e.g. Norway, Switzerland), the recipient is obligated to pay extra customs fee while picking up the order.
In terms of payment, we accept iDEAL, PayPal and all major credit cards. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). Prices are stated in EURO (€).
If the shipment couldn’t be delivered and bounced back to us due to the reasons that the recipient is not home and could’t be reached by any means. The recipient is obligated to pay the actual expense on the reshipment.
9. RETURNS POLICY
14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Customers have the right to return the product(s) back to us. You have to contact us shop@shop.serwiser.nl within 14 calendar days after delivery. Products that are undamaged must be in its original packaging, original state and intact. We will not be able to process the return if the product(s) doesn’t meet the conditions mentioned. You will receive a prepaid return label and product(s) must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of receiving this return label.
As soon as the returned product is received by shop.serwiser.nl, the refund request will be processed within 2 working days.
2-YEAR GUARANTEE
All our products come with a 2-year guarantee. If the product(s) is not what you ordered, damaged upon arrival, stopped working within the guarantee of 2 years or non-artificial damaged and not caused by misuse, after requesting a return or replacement, you will receive a prepaid return label to ship the product back to us and get a refund or replacement free of charge. You can claim this by noticing us by email shop@serwiser.nl
Your request will be processed within 2 working days. In the case that the damage was caused by your misuse, we will not be able to compensate you. If you have bought the product from another seller, you must contact the seller directly to request a refund or replacement.
10.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.The delivery time depends on the country to which the package is sent.
